1-Year Warranty

At Toputure's discretion, the original device found to be defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge for 1 year starting from the date you receive the product. During this period, you are eligible for free repair or replace.

Please note that all free accessories are not covered by this warranty service.

Register Warranty

After purchasing the product, consumers must register on the Register Warranty page to activate the warranty service. Registering ensures that the warranty period begins, and it allows the consumer to receive repair or replacement services in case of any defects.

Exclusions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the limited warranty does not cover indirect losses and incidental damages or defects related to the following:

× Fire damage caused by non-manufacturing factors.

× Damage caused by unauthorized modification, or shell opening not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.

× Water damage or other damages caused by improper installation, incorrect use, or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.

× Damage caused by a non-authorized service provider.

× Damage caused by unauthorized modification of circuits and mismatch or misuse of the battery and charger.

× Damage caused by operation in bad weather (i.e. strong winds, rain, sand/dust storms, etc.)

× Uninterrupted or error-free operation of a product.

× Loss of, or damage to, your data by a product.

× Failure of, or damage caused by, any third-party products, including those that Toputure may provide or integrate into the Toputure product at your request.

× Products or parts with an altered identification label or from which the identification label has been removed.

× Damage or defect resulting from failure to follow the instructions manual.

× Normal wear & tear on items/parts such as, but not limited to, pulleys, brake pads, tension knobs, cords, footings, rubber grips, end caps, pop pins, seats, seat adjustment knobs, scratched parts, broken covers, paint & finish, and any & all other cosmetic damages.

× Wear items/parts pertain to components that might need to be replaced due to wear & tear resulting from normal usage.

× Improper storage, assembly, altering/modifying equipment in any way, misused, abused, is subject to accident, or is improperly maintained.

× Repair for any noises such as but not limited to squeaks clunks, thumps, or grinding resulting from poor or lack of preventive maintenance.

Disclaimer

This limited warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy against Toputure for defects in your product. This limited warranty replaces all other Toputure warranties and liabilities, whether oral or written. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.

This warranty policy applies only to products purchased on our website. If you have purchased from other platforms or dealers, please refer to their warranty policy.
